Position : Identity & Access Management

• Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/MBA/M.Tech

• Work Experience : 2-12 years of Experience

Required Skills :
• Experience in developing, implementing or architecting information systems
• Technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management
software into clients' infrastructure and applications
• Experience managing deployments of multiple identity and access
management products such as: CA/Netegrity SiteMinder/IdentityMinder, Oblix
NetPoint/COREid, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and/or Access Manager, Sun
Identity Manager and/or Access Manager
• Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and
implementation plans
• Experience managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
• Some experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET or C#
• Familiarity with BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere or Tomcat
• Experience with one or more directories such as Active Directory, IBM
Directory Server, SunONE Directory Server and Novell e-Directory
• Familiarity with: major operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and
Unix; mainframe security packages such as TopSecret, ACF2 and RACF;
and/or leading packaged application solutions for ERP systems, CRM systems
or portals
• Working knowledge of virtual directories such as Radiant Logic and OctetString

Finance Assistant Position for US Based MNC at Noida

We have an opening for the position of a Finance Assistant with our US based NYSE listed MNC client at their Indian Office located at Noida, for the following role:
Overview / Purpose of the Role

Positioned at Noida office and reporting directly to the Finance Controller, while liaising closely with the Accounts Office in Cyprus and UK. The primary role will be handling all day to day transactions, reporting, analysis and legal operations of the India Finance entity and produce the monthly reporting information.

Candidate Profile: ( Only local NCR Candidates shall be considered)

Education: B.com, C.A. Inter/ doing ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA
Experience: 2-3 years experience in similar profile

Job Description:

· Ensure the preparation and validation of all journal entries, and produce or review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
· Ensure all accruals, prepayments, other current assets, inter company transactions, accrued income and all other adjustments are booked as necessary.
· Generate trial balance, P&L, Balance sheet and other reports from the ERP System
· Bank Management- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements on Monthly basis, Inputting all Bank Transactions- Payments and Receipts
· Ensuring regular payments of Vendors.
· Complete annual audit schedules other reporting schedules. Provide additional supporting documents and accounting information to local accounting staff and/or local tax and accountants.
· Ensuring timely On-line Tax payments- Service Tax, TDS and Advance Tax and Returns Filing
· Produce periodical cash flow statement / forecasts
