Opening: Server Test Engineer / Lead with 4+ to 7 years of exp

We are looking for Server Test Engineer / Lead with one our of our client at Noida. Should have experience in C++ and Java based server white Box Testing.
Client is a leading company in Global Positioning System.

Requirements:
As a key member of the location platform team, you must have minimum 4 years of relevant working experience. BE / BTech or equivalent is required.

• Should have experience in testing one of more core network wireless servers – GMLC, BSC, MSC, GMLC, SGSN, GGSN.
• Should have command on UNIX and scripting languages.
• Should have experience in white box testing of wireless protocol stack and call processing modules.
• Experience in planning, configuring & testing servers which are high performance, Fault Tolerant (Five 9s) and scalable.
• Should have experience in C++ and Java based server white Box Testing
• Should have experience in test planning, test case development and execution.
• Should have used unit test frameworks and code coverage tools
• Should have an understanding of engineering processes - understand the criticality of test - in software development lifecycle
• Should be flexible to pick up any new tool for automation and also explore tools for test
• Should have test experience in Web Services, SOAP, Parlay, ParlayX standards.
• Should have test exposure to Java Application servers, for e.g. IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, Weblogic etc.
• Experience in LBS, AGPS, hybrid location technology (cell id, wi-fi, rssi, rfid etc) is desirable

HR Manager Opening in Product Development Company

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely and communicate as a team member with the Headquarters Human Resources team to align company Human Resources initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Partner with Country Manager and site management to proactively assess needs and identify and implement tactical and strategic solutions.
• Lead the annual performance and salary review process for client's India employees utilizing standard company processes and methodology.
• Manage the visa, travel and accommodation processes for India based employees as well as provide assistance to US based employees traveling to India.
• Manage the recruiting process to ensure accurate job descriptions, cost effective recruiting and appropriate placement, thorough candidate screening, and quality hiring.
• Assess candidate skills, knowledge, and qualifications by performing interviews by telephone and in person.
• Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies and procedures
• Assist in the identification and conduct of employee relations activities.
• Conduct new hire orientation/induction, paperwork, and monthly new employee evaluations during initial 90 day period.
• Manager human resources-related vendor relationships.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
•Minimum of seven years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least two years of management experience, and at least one year of recruiting experience
•Must have successful experience working in the U.S. or reporting into a U.S.-based company
•Demonstrated ability to establish, develop and maintain productive business relationships at all levels of an organization
•Strong English skills, practical problem solving skills, and excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations
•Strong recruiting and time management skills
•Experience utilizing an HRIS system is strongly preferred
