Min Relevant Exp: 10-15 Years
Age Group: 40 – 43 Years Max
Candidate Profile:
In a similar role heading national sales responsibility. Prior GCC experience is NOT mandatory. MUST have exposure to DIRECT DISTRIBUTION of food products (Biscuits, Chocolate, Confectionary, Snacks & Wafers)
Role Overview:
Product-wise Sales Volume, Value Growth in the GCC Market.
SKU-wise forecast accuracy, Product availability, Visibility outlet coverage and Sales System productivity.
CRM and managing receivables, credit limits
Identify and exploit market opportunities
Combat competitor activity.
Periodically review performance of the sales team size of 50 heads
