Designation: IT Staffing Manager (India)

Location: Chennai / Bangalore

Reporting to: Head of India Development Centre at Chennai

Educational Qualification: Science Graduate

Minimum 8 years of work experience in Development/delivery Management in the IT Staffing Solutions industry, out of which at least 2 years should be in a Managerial role.

Role Overview:

The Resource Manager, will make a proactive, strategic business contribution working in conjunction with both the Program Manager/Sales and the Recruitment Team. The Resource Manager will advise on, develop effective recruitment solutions and ensure effective delivery of the solution for the
client, and will be expected to meet the fulfillment targets related to the IT Staffing line of business of the company. The position will provide market knowledge and intelligence to the Client on skills availability, demographics, salary levels, attrition rates etc.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 8 years of experience out of which at least 2 years in managing similar role. A Recruitment & Business Development personality who has a proven history of achieving agreed Placement targets in IT Staffing Solutions. Should have the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels. Must have hands on Recruitment experience, experience managing a team of recruitment executives, Resource Management, Bench Management, Resource Allocations Must have expertise and focus on top line and bottom line performance in line with company objectives.
