Requirement Description
Job Title (with Grade): Network Engineer (N2)
Job Profile:
Job involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs and helping them by providing technical support by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting their queries.
Experience: 1 – 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Graduate with minimum 1 year experience and exceptional communication skills. CCNA certification is mandatory.
Skills required:
CCNA certified.
Prior experience of technical support
Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals
Troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of CISCO products & domain will be a plus.
Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Night Shifts)
