Looking for Part-time Software Developers/Programmers to remotely mentor college projects

We represent an education company - TechSense Labs Private Limited, based at New Delhi, India.
We are developing our first service www.pratiyogita.com. The portal is for Online Tests and Online College Projects for school and college students.
We are looking for software developers/Freelancers/Programmers to work for part time from their home/office in following technologies:
.net/java/
Web development technologies
C, C++, C#
Mobile apps
And other technologies, whose projects can be executed online.
Their role and responsibility will be:-
1) Its part time job, they need to provide 10 hrs a week. They can work from their Home/office.
2) They have to design/create academic projects which can be executed by college students (B.Tech, BE, MCA, BCA, etc).
3) They need to mentor college students (B.Tech-CS, BE, MCA) in completing their academic projects.
4) All this will be done through web-conferencing and other online collaboration and project management tools.
Compensation:-1) They will be paid on hourly basis, Rs.250 per hour (Fixed Rs.150+ Variable Rs.100).
2) The variable will depend on satisfaction ratings given by the students to them.
