1) Team Member Profile for vacancy in Gurgaon, Greater Noida (Pari Chowk) ,IGI Airport and some locations in Delhi
2) Hostess for for Airport
3) Passport Preferred & Girls also Preferred
4) Salary for TM- 5K Gross, Hostess- 5-6-7K Gross plus Tips
5) Pick up and drop from point to point for Airport. Some cases can be considered for other places also.
6) No Night shifts for Girls
7) Rotational Shifts

Executive Chef for Leading Hospitality Group at Jeddah, KSA

We Pratham Services are a recruitment consulting company operating from Gurgaon, India.

Presently we have following permanent positions with a reputed and one of the largest privately-held holding conglomerates in the Middle East headquartered at Jeddah, KSA and having a diversified business interest including Real Estate, Hospitality, Logistics and Healthcare.

The position is based at Jeddah for their chain of luxury hotels and resort properties, which are affiliated to the world’s leading hospitality brands as follows: EXECUTIVE CHEF – CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum of 10 years experience in fine-dining restaurant or in a 5star restaurant in a 5star Hotel, and not in the buffet restaurant.
Professional Qualifications and HACCP knowledge and implementation is mandatory
Must be knowledgeable in food cost and cost control.
Must be capable of coming up with new menu items every 6 months.
Must be able to play the role of the kitchen manager, and set up the necessary policies and procedures.
Must set the manual for the food process.
Must be knowledgeable in and skillful of making international food types/ cuisines, French and Italian, and fusion is a great plus.
Should be capable of handling, controlling and supervising more than one restaurant, if needed.
