Education : B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecomunication , M.Tech - Computers, Electronics/Telecomunication

Job Description : Java Lead with an experience of leading 8 - 10 resources.

Desired : Candidate should have good experience in J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, EJB, JMS, etc.
Should have led the team of around 8 - 10 people and must have executed the complete lifecycle projects
Guide team to meet deadlines.
Experience mentoring less experienced technical staff.
Good Communication & interpersonal skills.6-8 years of IT experience.
