Experience:

Min. 9 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial positions
having hands on experience of working on project financing of large projects preferably on the infrastructure side.

Job Overview:

The role has the flexibility to work within a broad framework. Handle project finance of large power projects, raising funds – rupee / foreign currency, short term/ working capital, support project viability / expansion projects, structuring of complex transactions, dealing with Banks & Financial Institutions, loan documentation including security creation, working capital management, handling of due diligence, etc. Position reports to the CFO

SAP Project at Atlanta GA

The 2008 project is to convert four manufacturing companies now running R/3 Enterprise on a US template to a global template centered on ECC 5.0. The key users are very experienced with R/3. Approximately 600 SAP R/3 users are affected by this project.

The duration of the engagement is generally July 1st 2008 ** April 2009. Most work will be full-time on-site in Atlanta, GA. Go-live is scheduled for 4/09. There is also the strong possibility of follow-on work in 2009 rolling out the same SAP global template in Edison, NJ followed by the roll-out in Atlanta, GA

Candidate qualities must include very strong knowledge of SAP, best business processes for electronics manufacturers, assertiveness/confidence (to push for best standard SAP processes and configuration), communication, teamwork and professionalism.
