Role:
The incumbent will be required to provide support to the organization in regards to technology and related infrastructure at a global level. S/He will manage the existing infrastructure and assess the new requirements on a regular basis. The incumbent will also be required to assist in transitions from the technological perspective.

Requirement
•BE in Electronics, Telecom, Electrical or Information Technology with MBA (or doing MBA)
•8 to 12 years experience with a minimum of 3 years in a BPO handling large transitions
•Must possess excellent communication, Team Management and Vendor Management skills
•Must have excellent technical Knowledge relating to Networking, security products, Access methodologies (Citrix , VDI etc) , Voice Infrastructure(Avaya, Cisco, Nortel etc) and Data Networking.
•Ability to build and scale standard models

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidate will be required to develop Java/J2EE code using Rational Application Developer and WebSphere Application server. He/she will be required to develop code using technologies Weblogic Portal. He/she should be able to understand the design and translate that into code. He/she should be able create unit test cases, unit test the code and document the unit test results.

Skills and Job Requirements

• Experience in development using Java/J2EE and Weblogic portal and above • Experience in development tools like Weblogic portal • Development experience in Struts. Experience in Spring, AJAX, Hibernate will be an added advantage. Candidates must be able to understand Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Unified Modeling Language. Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills.
