Position: Plant Manager Construction
Position reports to: Project Manager
Exp Level: At least 6-8 years with reputed construction companies in similar role
Candidate Profile:
Must have a detailed understanding of the construction industry and terminology, with excellent communication skills in Tami. Proven record in plant management with large construction company.Has good understanding of Safety.
Role Overview:
To successfully manage all aspects of Construction Plant and equipment within the project site, while ensuring compliance of the works, Health and Safety, Quality and Environment commitment. To oversees and direct activities of personnel engaged in all areas of plant Safety within the project site. To maintain database of all records of plant Maintenance. This includes all safety checks, monthly reports, time sheet, and charge out, cost, parts, availability and reliability. Daily inspection of equipment and personal on site. Physical training of the plant work force. Plant and equipment parts supply and stock.
