Let me introduce you to an exciting career opportunity with a reputed insurance company. The profile would be of a Financial Planning Adviser, where you would be working in your own free time on commission basis. We are looking for graduates who are dynamic and have good communication skills.

An adviser works on an entrepreneurship kind of a model, where he sells insurance using his free time and in turn earns a commission on every sale. The commission is calculated as a percentage of the premium collected (the percentage varies from one policy to another).

In addition to the commissions, there are certain rewards and recognitions (like gifts, foreign trips etc.) which may be given to the advisers if they meet some targets in the stipulated time.

Also, the performance of the adviser is assessed periodically and if it meets the desired standards the adviser may be brought on to the company's payroll as an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM). Once an ASM, the candidate may move up the organizational hierarchy as well.
