1.Achieving Gross and Net Revenues through quality acquisitions and other Initiatives like VAS on PCO

Distribution and Channel Management
1.Analyze & Improvise the distribution model for achieving PCO sales targets, Recommend and execute New Sales Channel including:

a)New Distributor Appointment & Payouts
Process Implementation (TQM Processes ,Cost effectiveness and Quality of Sales) and Training
1.Grace, Churn and Inactive Base Management and Sales Training

Desired : Candidate who has 3 - 4 Years experience in F.M.C.G or Telecom P.C.O Sales, 30 Years & Below, willing to travel extensively and who are open for all location should only apply
