Business Head (IT Infrastructure, Data Center) Position at New Delhi

Presently we have the mandate for the following permanent position with one of the leading US based ITES and Contact Centre clients, who provide high quality customer lifecycle solutions through state-of-the-art facilities in the United States, India, Philippines and the United Kingdom. They employ more than 4,000 professionals globally.

Position: Business Head
Role: IT Infrastructure Services Division Ownership
Location: New Delhi, India
Exp Level: 10 years minimum
Nationality: Indian
Domain Exposure: At least 8 years and current in IT Infrastructure
Candidates having prior/current experience in the US and hands on with setting up datacenter services, with ITIL Certification will be preferred

Job Overview:
Define the Market entry, penetration strategy for Data Centre Services
Handle corporate key accounts and SME accounts
Identify new opportunities and converting them to prospects.
Working closely with business development, sales, and presales teams
National Channel management
Will manage the P&L for the complete business line including service delivery

Team Lead for WIMAX support Call Center for Malaysia

Presently we have the mandate for the following permanent position with one of the leading WIMAX solutions providers based out of their Malaysian support centre

POSITION : Team Lead for WIMAX support call center CANDIDATE PROFILE:

EDUCATION: B.E / B.Tech EXPERIENCE: 5-8 yrs

Hands-on experience with designing, installing, configuring, and programming WIMAX technologies and RF Management. Experience with computer telephony and call center applications for a medium user base is essential.

Complete understanding and hands on exposure to fault management and providing at least L2 level support to WIMAX setups.

Demonstrated experience in mentoring teams, documentation, SLA adherence

JOB OVERVIEW

As the Call Center WIMAX Support Engineer you will mentor, guide support and lead the Call Center agents to ensure SLA compliance, call logging and escalations to the next level.
