Role:
The incumbent will work as part of a team focused on infrastructure segment of the investment banking team. The role includes
•Understanding the industry segment, market structure, players, M&A ideas
•Financial modelling, valuation, target identification, and structuring of the deal
•Coordination with external consultants relating to the deal
•Preparation of sales pitch and client agreements
•Organising road shows
•Assisting VP / ED in execution of M&A transaction and follow-up thereafter
Requirement
•MBA from IIM, BITs or XLRI with (minimum) 2 years experience post qualification in the relevant industry vertical.
•The person should have experience in end to end M&A, PE Advisory deals.
