We have a job opening for a Financial Business Center.

Preferred

Location : Chennai
Education / Certification: CA/CWA
Experiences: 8 years and above experience in MNCs ( IT / ITES Companies)

Manager - Reconcilations:

Lead and support reconciliation functions and serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert of
Reconciliation FM, Processes, Procedures and methodologies)
2. Responsible to ensure completion of Reconciliations as per the Finance Manual.
3. Recommend and monitor internal controls to support the appropriate governance
structure to meet Sarbanes Oxley requirement.
4. Ensure all the Escheats returns are filed to the U.S States within the due date.
5. Monitor Daily Chase EFT payment rejects for Europe and NA and make TT payments for Rejected EFTs.

Manager - Payables

North American Payables responsibilities include,
1. SME (Subject Matter Expert) of Production and Non Production Payables, Payables
application ( CCAPS), Receiving and Pricing systems to the extent relevant for Finance and Accounting functions
2. Ensure on time and accurate payment of manual invoices ( around 15,000 per month)
3. Ensure controls on ERS payments

MANAGERS - Receivables

1. Establish process to set credit limits, do annual credit limit reviews, monitor shipments on a daily basis, ensure that credit limits are in control and take decisions to upgrade/downgrade customers' credit status and release shipments with minimum risk to the Organisation and at the same time satisfying the business need.
2. Monitor flow of data from various billing systems to the Receivable system and ensure that feeder errors are fixed and plan for action to eliminate such errors.
3. Analyze age and causes of past due receivables,
