Job Title : PeopleSoft HRMS Consultant
Experience : 3 - 7 Years
Desired : Requires a minimum of 5 years related work experience, including 2 years in team management.
A minimum of 4 years supporting Peoplesoft HR and Payroll on versions 8.3 or higher (minimum 1 year version 8.9)
A minimum of 2 years performing functional analysis of PeopleSoft HRMS demonstrating a broad understanding of the functional capabilities and limitations of the PeopleSoft 8.9 and 9.0 HRMS
A minimum of 2 years of experince in SQL Server .
A minimum of 1-5 years of QA and Testing of Experience.
Background in managing large, complex projects and /or managing multiple priorities for a work team including support and system enhancement requests
Outstanding interpersonal, communication/presentation (written and oral), and leadership skills.
Working knowledge and functional experience in Peopletools, Peoplesoft HR, Peoplesoft Payroll, Peoplesoft Time & Labor, Peoplesoft Base Benefits, Peoplesoft eBenefits, and Peoplesoft Self Service â version 8.9 and 9.0
Working knowledge and technical experience in Peopletools, Peoplesoft HR, Peoplesoft Payroll, Peoplesoft Time & Labor, Peoplesoft Base Benefits, Peoplesoft eBenefits, and Peoplesoft Self Service â version 8.9 and 9.0
Experience developing and managing departmental processes, policies and procedures.
Experience in creating and delivering presentations to IT and non-IT personnel and management.
Experience with enterprise report writing tools such as Busines
