Job description:
Required skills (Must have) :--
* Software black box testing ,manual testing of software
* Test management (estimation, people management, client interaction, proposal making)
* Exp to include functional , regression, performance testing
* Adequate knowledge of various programming langauages & hardware,
* Good understanding of Testing PDLC
* Desirable - 2-3 years experience in embedded products design in any of the domain

Desired Soft Skills:--

*Work permit for USA;
*Exp. In leading large teams;
*Team building experience, Good Motivator & Communicator;
*Certifications acquired in testing like CSTM
