Required Skills And Experience
• At least 2+ years experience in a highly technical environment
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical issues to customers.
• Bachelor's in computer science or related field (equivalent work experience will be considered).
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Sound understanding of 3-tier web application architecture, experience in configuration and trouble shooting of web servers/application software: Web sphere, Web logic
• Exposure to programming Languages (Java, HTML, XML) & Internet technologies such as J2EE, web components (EJB)
• Exposure to Networking (DNS, firewalls, Caching, Load balancer concepts) is an advantage.
Soft skill requirements
• Communicator: Possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys working with customers and globally distributed team members.
• Team-Oriented: Must be able to communicate well and, more importantly, to listen well.
• Passionate: Must have hunger and ambition
• Self-motivated: Must work with a minimum of supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a pro-active manner.
• Principled: Must have integrity and project the proper image of the Hosting Operations.
