Experience: Minimum 8 Months – 2 Years.
Work Timings – As per US time zone.
Job Role:
Understand technical job requirement, screen, identify and develop qualified suppliers to supply IT consultants.
Research and analyze various recruitment, Job site and referrals as per the job requirement.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with IT Consultants.
Prepare profiles and negotiate pay package.
Skill sets:
Proficient in MS office and Internet environment.
Relevant experience in technical and software recruitment/ placement domain preferred.
Responsible and accountable for the task assigned
Ability to work effectively, independently and self motivated.
Previous experience in U.S based companies preferred.
Compensation – Salary + attractive sales incentive.
