Skills:
Ø Minimum of 4+ Years of experience in Product Development/Maintenance support with Enhancements

Ø Need to have extensive experience in Java/J2EE technology. JSP/Servlets, Struts framework, XML, XSLT, Oracle, HTML/DHTML, UI design using Java. Must have worked in an Unix environment for at least 18 months

Ø Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), involved in various phases like Requirements, Analysis-Design, Development and Testing. Excellent communication skills a must

Ø Need to have worked as a module lead for at least a year.
Need to have experience in client interfacing on at least one project. Candidates who have worked in Java swing, AJAX, JSF networking, SNMP, terminal emulation, telecom projects would be given preference

Ø Need be experienced in Unix Internals, Clustering Expertise, C and C++. Must be Bilingual and have strong Japanese Language skills. Proficiency of JLPT Level 3 and above will be preferred

Ø Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), involved in various phases like Requirements, Analysis-Design, Development and Testing. People with good experience in Linux or Solaris can also apply

Ø Willingness to shuttle between Chennai and Japan as required.
