Requisete for the post
Required Skills With 4-6 years of work experience
Prior experience Risk Function (Credit, Policy, Collections) / Operations
Good communication skills
Ability to manage large team

Managing underwriting shop of a region based out of Central Hub.
Implementation of Product Policies for the region
Implementation of processes for the region
Employee hiring, retention, and motivation
Conducting refresher training/ other trainings at regular intervals and updating the underwriting team on the process/ policy change
Vendor management
CPA/ Team management
Coordination with Sales, Operations and Collection team
