* Technical Support Engineers (0-6 month’s exp.)
* Technical graduates (BE / B Tech or BSc /MSc in Computer Science
/Electronics) with MCP /CCNA certification /training)
* Knowledge of security /server support.
* Experience handling technical support processes and good knowledge of
anti-virus solutions.
* Excellent knowledge in all Windows OS, desktop trouble shooting and
networking.
* Should possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Willing to work in 24x7 (night) shifts.
