Land Development - This position will be responsible for assisting with the
expansion of the Land Development group in the Denver office by marketing
projects and clients. Will have total responsibility for work performance on
multiple projects and will be a resource and role model to the team.
Responsible to provide all necessary direction, supervision, coordination,
and follow-up on the work to ensure quality standards are met, efficiency
levels are maintained, and the client satisfaction, respect and confidence
are assured. Additional responsibilities would include setting the fees
and negotiating contracts, including additional services, presentations,
proposals, RFP's and RFQ's, recruiting and interviews.
Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering and professional certification
required. Must have minimum 10 years of project management experience in
Colorado. Expert technical knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures
within land development. Must possess excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Excellent reputation in the land development
marketplace and developed relationships with land development clientèle.
