Position: Java Tech leads
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5-6 yrs of exp
Mandatory Skills:
• Overall 5 years of experience in Design/Coding Java based web
applications
• At least 2+ year of experience in independently leading 3-5 member team.
• Highly Proficient in Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Struts, XML, XSL, HTML,
Java Script, Web services usage.
• Must have good knowledge of Design Patterns and hands-on experience.
• Good understanding of J2EE Framework.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
• Be able to enhance existing code and work on new development as
assigned.
• Expertise in one or more of the Major AppServers - JBoss, WebLogic, and
WAS
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
• Exposure to Open Source Frameworks
• Knowledge of Web Services and SOA
• Exposure to Software Development Processed and Methodologies - Agile,
XP, RUP etc
• Retail Domain Knowledge.
• Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong interpersonal / customer relation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Job Description:
Team lead would be responsible for overall leading and designing the
application. He/she should be good in software design practices and
understand the software architecture. He/She should lead the programmers
in terms of implementation and deployment. He/She will manage a team of
5-6 engineers.
