Job Description
Experienced in Software User Interface Interaction Design
· Expert in Interaction Design Principles and Usability Methods
· Excellent communication skills. Can describe and document (verbally and in writing) designs and support design decisions with evidence
· Knowledgeable or graphics production tools such as Photoshop
· Knowledgeable or UI design environments such as Dreamweaver
· Practical with HTML and Web2.0 techs, can code if needed
· Practical with various front-end platforms, Windows, Web, Java, etc.
· Quick Study, Analytically and Creatively
· Visualize and simplifies complex systems
· Empathizes with users, their needs, and their aspirations
· Understands the strengths and limitations of both humans and technology
· Shares a passion for making the world a better place through ethical, purposeful, pragmatic, and elegant design solutions
· Be willing to travel a minimum of 10% of the time.
