We have an opening for the position of a Business System Specialist (Analyst) with our UK based MNC client at their Indian Office located at Noida, for the following role:
Local NCR candidates would be preferred
Experience:
Overall Min 6 years
Minimum of 2 years work related experience in Card Technologies
Overview / Purpose of the Role:
Analyze and evaluate client initiated changes to existing systems to enhance or develop from a business perspective. Define scope and objectives for projects based on user needs. Create detailed business specifications and logical flowcharts from which programmers can create technical specifications. Conducts problem analysis and submit recommendations for solutions while following employers total methodology maintenance flow policies and procedures.
Technical Skills:
· Experience with the Bank Card Industry.
· Ability to comprehend the business requirements from internal/external clients.
· Experience in creating functional design documents, business specifications and test cases.
· Good understanding of business/process flows.
· Experience in leading a team of Business Analyst
· Understanding of DB2, SQL, XML, Cobol,
