Remedy Admins/Dev - HCL Chennai Opening

We have an urgent requirement for one of our prestigious client - HCL in Chennai for the following positions...

1. Remedy Developer - Level L2 Support
• Must have overall 3 years of experience with multiple Remedy implementations, ideally in a service provider environment.
• Well versed in Forms, Workflow objects, Application objects, etc.
• Expertise in Remedy ARS platform including experience in Help Desk, Change and Asset modules.
2. Remedy Administration – Level L2 Support
• Must have overall 3 years of relevant experience in Remedy Administration.
• 24 X 7 support for Remedy Admin.
• Support custom built applications in Remedy.
• Support ITSM.

All the positions requirement should be BE / B.Tech /MCA/ B.Sc/B.com/Diploma.
