Key Account Manager - For a well known organisation in Noida

Looking to fill the below mentioned position for one of our prestigious client based out of Noida. An ideal fit would be a person with 11-14 years of experience into B2B Sales and have handled/managed deals starting 10 Cr and above.

Qualification: BE or BE+MBA
Experience: 11-14 years
Position: Sr. Business Manager
Location: Delhi/NCR

• Responsible for sales of IT Products, Solutions and Services in large corporates
• Exposure in large corporate sales.
• Creation and Management of business in a professional manner so as to achieve business results while ensuring customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction
• Account Management and Client Relationship.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on technology, product knowledge and all other customer issues.
• Developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies for increasing the sales growth and profit growth through operational improvement and new business development.
• Coordinating with the support departments for timely execution of business orders.
• Creating strong business relationships with prospects and customers at all levels including top management.
• Drive, motivate and manage the team to achieve sales targets through effective planning, leading, organizing and controlling of information and group.
• Compiling information on the competitors, tracking orders received by them and their respective market shares, as also their future plans.
• Develop competitive sales strategies for deeper market penetration.
Requisite Competencies:
• To adopt WIN (Work hard, Innovate, Never-say die) and PAT (Passion, Attitude, Target-driven) approach.
• Having good knowledge of technology, products, market, competition and processes and work towards constant self-development.
• Having good analytical skills.
• Having good selling skills (communication, presentation, listening, negotiation, relationship management, and people reading skills).
• Good Account Management Skills (networking skills).
• Good Consultative ability (patience, persuasive and planning).
• Good team management skills.
• Excellent decision making skills with proven experience in high level of strategic planning.
• Industry: IT/Non IT industry exposure in sales of IT Products, Solutions and Services in large corporates.
