Urgent requirement for the following openings:
1. Business Analyst (MBA-IT) Min 1Yr experience
2. Project Manager-Java
Java – Strong knowledge of the java language (e.g. interfaces, abstract classes, class hierarchy and visibility, etc)
J2EE concepts – understanding of multi-tier software architecture and the basic services of an application server and how they are offered.
Database Design – Experience working with a database with many tables. Understanding of the different types of database relationships.
Spring – Experience using spring framework.
Hibernate – Experience using hibernate or comparable object relational mapping framework.
Desired skills:
Design Patterns – Familiarity with common design patterns (e.g. singleton, type-safe enum pattern, etc). Knowledge of other design patterns a plus.
Transaction and multithreading - Understanding of asynchronous processing and transaction management in a J2EE environment
JPA - Experience using JPA annotations in model classes in order to generate database schema.
JBoss/Tomcat/Apache – Experience using the JBoss app server.
SQL database knowledge – Experience using SQL Server or Oracle or MySQL. Familiarity with SQL statements to manipulate data.
Eclipse – Experience using the Eclipse IDE.
Ant – Experience using Ant in the build process. Knowledge of the Ant scripting language a plus.
XML – Knowledge of XML language. Experience with Digester a plus.
XSLT – Knowledge of XSLT a plus.
CVS – Experience using CVS client. Strong knowledge of how to merge source code changes when necessary.
Web services development
Knowledge of both Windows and Linux a plus.
Besides this the PM will have played a lead role in project planning, and milestone planning, effort and task tracking etc for small size highly competitive teams.
