Job Title : Walk - IN for "Technical Recruiter" (US Shifts) : Contact Ms. Shubham
Understand the IT needs, culture, and strategies of Apex’s clients.
Understand and analyze the job specification, effectively utilize internet job portals, networking, referrals, responses to advertisements; and user groups to identify quality technical candidates
Source candidates, make outbound calls to candidates within the IT field, schedule in person interviews, make follow up calls with client and candidate
Candidate is supposed to work in US timings and culture.
To be successful in this role, you must be dynamic, goal oriented, have the ability to multi-task, enjoy building long-term candidate relationships, have excellent negotiation and follow up skills and ability to work within a team. Must possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
