Java/j2ee/J2me Requirements!!!

Hi,

There are openings in Java/j2ee in my company.

The following are the criterias :


Educatinal Backround: B.E/MCA/M.Tech

J2EE:
------

I.Experience - 2 to 4 yrs

Skills sets needed:

1) Good knowledge of Basic Java
2) Good in OOPS concepts, Jsp, Servlets
3) Knowledge of Struts/Spring
4) ORM Tools - Hibernate/Ibatis
5) Database - MySQL, MSSQL Server
6) UML Design
7) Good analitical skills



II.Experience - 4 to 6 yrs

Skills sets needed:

1) Good knowledge of Basic Java
2) Good in OOPS concepts, Jsp, Servlets
3) Knowledge of Struts/Spring
4) ORM Tools - Hibernate/Ibatis
5) Database - MySQL, MSSQL Server
6) UML Design
7) Understanding of Design Patterns
8) Good analitical skills
9) Team lead skills

III.Experience - 6 to 10 yrs(Architect and Project Manager)

Skills sets needed:

1) Good knowledge of Java/J2EE
2) Knowledge of Frameworks like Struts/Spring
3) ORM Tools - Hibernate/Ibatis
4) Good database knowledge and database designing
5) Knowledge of SDLC process
6) UML Design
7) Understanding of Design Patterns
8) Security domain expertise
9) Project management skills


J2ME:
-----

I.Experience 2 - 5 years

1) Good knowledge of Basic Java
2) Good Knowledge of J2ME application development(GUI design)
3) NFC and Java Card Technology preferered
4) Good analitical skills
5) Good understanding and grasping power

Note: Preference will be given candidates working in Banking Domain
