Job Responsibilities
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in a fast paced high tech environment
• Sourcing candidates, fulfill the staffing needs at our US.
• Manage interaction with sales staff to maintain understanding and awareness of key job requirements
• Work day to day to cultivate qualified candidates for specific Contract/Consulting assignments.
• Distinguish job requirements and search for appropriate candidates in both traditional and innovative ways
• Experience working in Night Shift USA timing
• Experience handling various job portal
• Familiar with technical buzz words.
• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
