JOB Responsibilities
• Assisting the CMD in his daily activities, appointments, telephone calls & correspondence.
• Managing Appointments /Meetings
• Generation of Management Reports / Documents
• Managing correspondence on behalf of the Director
• Internal coordination with various HOD's
• Preparing presentations
• Domestic & foreign travel & stay arrangement
• Drafting letters
Candidate Profile : ( Preferably female )
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, Power point
• Pleasant Personality
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Matured
• Knowledge of shorthand
• Good typing speed
Experience: 2 - 6 years
Education: Graduation / Post Graduation
