we are looking at Test Managers for our CMM Level 5 company in Mumbai(Covansys)

Test Manager
Over 12+ of experience in managing complex testing projects in the BFSI space.
Good Core Banking experience is highly preferable.
Overall monitoring of the project.
Test strategy, strong in metrics, structured testing processes, people management skills, client interaction skills.
• Coordination between various teams
• Primarily responsible for timely execution of all project deliverables with the desired level of quality.
• Project planning, tracking, monitoring and status reporting
• Single Point of Contact for project management, coordination between project teams-Manual and Automation
• Analysis and effort estimation.
• Change and problem report generation
• Periodic reviews of the project internally and status reporting
• Client coordination
• Appropriately allocating resources for the project

The work location will be Mumbai (BKC)

Our ideal fit will be some one with extensive Banking domain experience backed with strong Testing expertise. Retail/Core Banking with Testing, Project Management, effort estimation. Communication must be very good as this will involve extensive client interaction.
