Job description
* Study customer requirements on HR processes and map them in SAP
* Support issues in the HR module in existing implementations with customer
* Suggest best practices to improve customer’s solution
* Maintain good customer relations
* Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients.
Experience, Skills and Certifications
* 3 – 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HR applications , with at least 1 life cycle implementation experience
* Hands on experience in HR module customization
* Expert knowledge in configuration and transactions in Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, Compensation, ESS and the MSS functionalities of SAP
* Prior experience in interacting with the customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification Any Graduate, SAP Certifications preferred
