Yes he is a fraud!!!!!
he worked for academiaresearch and i bet he is still working for them....he takes projects from them for 6-7 dollars per page and pays pakistanis no more than 150-200 rs which is like 1-2 dollars per page i think....he is just trying to take advantage of the poor forex rate.....if you really wanna make some cash just join academia research ....actually dont do that coz they are frauds located in Ukaraine aswell....so between Russian/ukaranian crooks and dishonest pakistanis you will be at loss both ways...watch out folks!
