As a part of our expansion plan, we are currently looking for HR Executive /Sr. HR Executive/Assistant Manager (HR).
The candidate will be required to handle all the Recruitment Process from:
> Job Posting
> Interaction with Candidates
> Short-listing of Candidates
> Line up Interviews
> Maintaining Databank
> HR Policies Dissemination
> Documentation and Filing
> Coordination with Senior Management from time-to-time for defining Job Descriptions
Eligibility: Any Graduate, Diploma, MBA/PGDM (HR)
Experience: 1 - 2 Yrs. in the HR Dept. of IT, BPOs
Job Location: Delhi
Preference: Candidates residing in West Delhi, North Delhi, Rohini and adjoining area, Vikas Puri, Janak Puri, Paschim Vihar, etc.
