MFG/PRO – Team Lead/Senior Techno Functional Consultant
Role & responsibilities:
Lead team to deliver business continuity services to our clients for their MFG/PRO installations by maintaining Quality standards and adhering to process and SLA requirements,Support and Maintenance,Incidence analysis and resolution,Maintain and manage knowledgebase where required,Provide operational support and training where required,MFG/PRO Development and Customizations,Carry out Requirement/Change Request analysis, Technical Design development, Code development, Testing and Reviews.
Manage delivery schedules of the team,Mentor/guide members in the team to be more effective in their work area
Job Specification
Team Lead/Techno-Functional Consultant – MFG/PRO
Mandatory Skills
Techno-Functional Consultancy – MFG/PRO Versions (8.5, 9.0, eB, eB2, eB2.1). Expertise in at-least one module and knowledge of multiple modules of QAD
o Distribution
o SSM and PRM
o Manufacturing and Planning
o Finance including Fixed Assets
o EDI/E-Commerce
• Strong Progress programming skills
• Excellent Analytical & Application Support Skills
• Preferably having experience on implementation, development & Application management projects
• Knowledge of Application development standards
• Knowledge of Service delivery processes and standards
Preferred Skill(s)
One or more of the following
Knowledge and experience in Openedge platform
Knowledge and experience in Webspeed
Knowledge and experience in EAI tools
Knowledge and experience in Barcoding tools
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
