Job Description:
Experience with Workbench, Reports, BDC's Function Modules, BAPI's and IDOC's. SAP HR functional experience is a plus.
* Will be responsible for implementing the SAP HR.
* Works with overall IT teams to build efficient and concise processes.
* Ability to solve complex technical problems through research and technical detective work.
* Ability to plan and organize development work and deliverables
* Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
* Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
Required Skills / Experience:
At least 5+ years of working experience in HR with ABAP.
* 5+ years experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, CM, CS, PM, BN, PD, TEM).
* 5+ years experience in SAP ABAP Workbench / Development Environment.
* Skillful in developing and utilizing ABAP Programs, Function Modules, RFCs, BAPIs, Dialog Programming, User Exists, BADIs, ALE, IDOCs, SAP script, Smart Forms, Call Transactions and BDC.
* Strong experience with report development and developing interfaces.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required along with good analytical, problem-solving, investigative and decision-making abilities.
