Resource Manager for US based firm

Hi all,
Any HR personnel who is interested in full time resource manager job can drop a mail on hitesh.url@gmail.com.

Roles -
1. Understand the requirement for recruitment from Onsite and offsite PM/PLs.
2. Source the relevent profiles from online tools like Job search etc... and filter based on requirements.
3. Co-ordinate for interviews and offer letters.
4. Other HR jobs on incidentl basis - Salary processing liasion, exits, open house etc.

Skills and Experience-
1. 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in resourcing
2. Graduation with specilisation in HR
3. Good exposure to resourcing JAva candidates.
4. Good social networking to hire good candidates.
