• Proficient in Software Project Management
• Proficient in developing, managing & tracking Project Plans
• Proficient in Team Assessments, Team Assembly and Team Management Skills
• Proficient in Scope Management
• Proficient in Risk Management (Risk Assessment and Mitigation Skills)
• Proficient in Contingency Planning


Business Skills
• Very sound communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
• Very sound ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
• Very sound team building and people skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
• Very sound mentoring skills
• Adapt and adhere to company standards and culture
• Sound skills in working with multi cultural teams

Experience: 7 – 15 yrs
