1. AVP/ VP, MBA
preferred from the Industry – Radio, Print, Electronic, Internet.
Sal: 23 – 33L (70% Fixed)
10-14yrs EXP.
Reporting to Head Ad Sales,
Reportees: Senior Mgr, Asst Mgr, Exec, Senior Exec

2. Senior Mgr –
One Position / 7-9 yrs of work exp,
industry same.
Sal: 14 – 17L.
Grad/ MBA

3. Asst Mgrs –
Two Positions / 4-6 yrs work exp.
Sal: 8-12L.
Grad/MBA

4. Exec/ Snr exec – Multiple Positions / Exp 2-4 years.
Sal: 4-5 L
Grads would do

5. REGIONAL HEAD FINANCE – MGR/ SENIOR MGR GRADE – 10L
CA. Sal: 85% fixed.
He would have to set up the Finance team – Industry – Media preferred.

6. MGR/ SENIOR MGR LEGAL
Background – FMCG/ Radio/ Internet/ Media – Sal: 8L
