We are seeking HR Generalist position at Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
* 2-3 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a
professional environment.
* Extensive experience in employee relations including conducting
investigations, disciplinary discussions and terminations.
* Must obtain an understanding of all company benefits and company
policies and procedures.
* Experience counseling supervisory staff on performance management
including setting performance expectations, writing reviews and developing
performance improvement plans.
* Willing to work in Night Shift.
* Experience planning and coordinating employee activities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
* Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
