Position: Usability System Engineer

Industry Experience:
5+ years of experience in design and usability or related experience in research and development environment required
In-depth knowledge of graphical user interface and visual design principles, guidelines, and standards required.
Previous experience in usability improvement recommendation is a must.
Global/international user interface design experience (e.g., multi-language, multi-culture, currency) is a strong plus.
Must be familiar with Web-based human interface development.
Previous exposure to experimental design, human factors, ergonomics and behavioral sciences required
HTML, Ajax knowledge would be a plus
Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
