Job Profile for Technical Helpdesk (6 months – 1 year):
Level-1 Technical Support to HCL's business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24X7 operations
Skill Requirements:
Basic technical knowledge of PCs
Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work for 24* 7 shifts
Eligibility: Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical support in any of the reputed BPOs like Dell, IBM Daksh,WIPRO BPO,Convergys,Teleperformance, Infosys, Satyam, Infovision etc
Qualification – Should be graduate in any field
The openings are for Gurgaon and Noida.
