Job Description
Manage the overall End - End Recruitment operations for Middele and Senior Level Assignments.
The Job Involves :
• Manage the Over all Recruitment operations and responsible for a Group of Team Leaders and Consultants handling various Verticals.
• Manage Relationships with Key Clients meeting them regularly and maintain a Rapport with them to ensure that we are on their Preferred Vendor List.
• Ensure thhe Revenue Targets are met for the TL's and the Teams.
•Increase Average Revenue per Placement .
• Place a large emphasis on the MIS and the Reporting System.
• Create a Professional Atmosphere breeding Productivity and Team Bonding
• Simplify Day - Day Operations by defining Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
get timely feedback / Closures and ensure that Service Levels are met.
• Create Effective Metrics for analyzing Performance on a on-going Basis.
• Create a Simple and Robust MIS and Reporting System.
• Focus on continuos process improvement ensuring Client Satisfaction

Manager Operations:
•Min 1-3 years of experience in recruitment Industry & should have lead a team.
• Good academic background.
• Excellent communication skills
• Should understand the recruitment business.
• Should have flair for Business development and client servicing aswell.
• Should be a achiever
