We have an opportunity in our organisation for the
Position of Head Retail Operations for North Region.
Insurance Mantra is the largest aggregator of
Insurance Premium in North India and are looking to
expand via the franchisee route. The candidate would
be expected to increate footprint in North India.
The Candidate's responsibilities would include
1. Plan the footprint for expansion in North India.
From 5 Outlets in Delhi/NCR, the company plans to have
over 200 franchisee by end of 2009.
2. Budget planning for store formats, sourcing the
right vendors for store design and display POP's and
implementing the same across all stores in North
India.
3. Lead a team of 5-8 Business Managers(total team of
over 600 franchisee staff and own staff) for Monthly
achievement of targets. Hiring and training will be an
integral part of the candidate's job responsibilities.
4. Ensure key parameters are met as per the company's
requirements, KP will include both quantitative and
qualitative aspects of the Business.
An Ideal Candidate would be
1. MBA with experince of 7-8 Years, preferably in
Retail/Insurance Sales.
2. Experience in handling a team of 8-10 people.
3. Experience in BTL activities will be an additional
benefit.
4. Should be willing to travel extensively for
implementing store plans.
5. Local Language, Hindi/Punjabi will be an added
advantage.
Compensation - The company offers fixed and variable
benefeits linked to the achievement of targets. A
Candidate can expect 7-9Lacs in fixed salary and a
variable component of 3-4Lacs per annum.
