We seek supremely talented Recruiters to support the explosive growthin a hot market in an exciting industry with a wealth of opportunity for creativity, autonomy, and challenge. This position will recruit for creative, user experience and strategy professionals such as; art directors, creative directors, designers and artists.
You'll assume responsibility for the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, with nary a bureaucratic red tape in sight. Your internal "clients' are a down-to-earth, responsive, a friendly group of folks. You'll recruit star agency talent with expertise in creative, strategy, user experience design, and others.
You'll be entrusted with a fine degree of responsibility in strategizing and refining the recruitment practice, including employment branding, candidate assessment and selection tools, and more. The Recruiter will work collaboratively with the Human Resources Manager, hiring managers, and executives under the direction of the Operations leader to support Talentberg's organizational, business, and human capital objectives.
» The recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle including:
• Sourcing resumes
• Screening applicants
• Reading portfolios and books and assessing talent
• Managing hiring manager expectations
• Attending client calls
• Networking, and scheduling interviews.
• Negotiating offers
• ''Closing'' candidates
• Processing New Hires
• Implementing Recruitment strategies
• Maintaining reporting
• Utilizing Applicant Tracking System
• Scheduling Candidates
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 1-2 years professional experience recruiting in professional services, advertising,
marketing, or technology company.
