Excellent knowledge of Linux/AIX, networking (TCP/IP). Good system and network troubleshooting skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to comprehend customer requests and provide suitable solutions while adhering to the support SLA's. Should be able to handle customer support requests via phone, email and ticketing system.
Qualifications:
